Ez115 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ez115 platform available at ez115.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ez115 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ez115 as the platform operator. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms. The ez115 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of ez115 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You agree not to submit false information, impersonate another person, or register more than one account per individual.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, including instances where your password has been accessed by a third party without your authorisation. ez115 recommends that you:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Notify the ez115 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Always log out of your account after using the platform, especially on shared devices.
Ez115 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents as part of the verification process. Failure to provide the required information within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Ez115 platform users agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and will not engage in any activity that violates Malaysian law or these terms. The following usage rules must be observed:
- The use of any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or interact with the ez115 platform is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.
- Attempting to exploit any technical bugs, system vulnerabilities, or odds display errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited.
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or harmful to other users or to ez115 is strictly prohibited.
Ez115 reserves the right to monitor user activity to ensure compliance with these terms. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All financial transactions on the ez115 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via locally recognised payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX and DuitNow. Available payment methods may change from time to time in accordance with platform policies.
Users agree that:
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits and withdrawals.
- Account balances may not be transferred to other users except through gameplay mechanisms permitted by the platform.
- Withdrawals are subject to a verification process, which may take time depending on the chosen payment method and identity verification requirements.
- Ez115 reserves the right to decline or suspend a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to investigate the legitimacy of a transaction.
- Winnings obtained through technical errors, system bugs, or breaches of these terms will not be paid out, and the relevant account may be frozen pending further investigation.

This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and ez115 makes no warranty that the service will be free from errors or disruptions at all times.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Ez115 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the ez115 support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ez115 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, and source code — is the exclusive property of ez115 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ez115.
